What we collect

We only collect what you give us directly, and only what we need to move freight:

From shippers: your name, company, contact details, and the shipment information you send us for quotes and bookings (what's moving, where, and when). If you apply for credit terms, we also collect your business details (including EIN), trade and bank references, and an authorized signature.

From carriers: your company and contact details, MC/DOT numbers, equipment and lane information, and the compliance documents you upload (certificate of insurance, authority, W-9).

This site does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Forms include a hidden anti-spam field, that's it.

How we use it

To quote, book, and move your freight; to verify carrier compliance; to process credit applications (including contacting the references you provide and obtaining a business credit report, exactly as stated on the application itself); to invoice and collect payment; and to communicate with you about your shipments and account.

What we will never do

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone outside of what it takes to move your freight (carriers need pickup and delivery details, that's the extent of it). And, as a standing policy, we never solicit your business relationships, the customers, vendors, and partners we learn about through working with you stay yours. This is a compliance commitment, not a courtesy.

How long we keep it

We keep shipment records, carrier files, and credit applications as long as regulations and normal business practice require (freight documentation carries legal retention obligations). If you'd like something removed that we're not required to keep, ask and we'll handle it.
